The name ONIMARU is reminiscent of the legendary sword with which Hōjō Tokiyori once defeated a demon. Today, you may not be fighting demons – but in shiai or jigeiko, every technique counts.

The Shinai ONIMARU is a classic Kotogata shinai designed for powerful, wide movements. Its shape supports clear cuts and allows precise control over the opponent's kensen.

The ONIMARU is manufactured in the traditional Koto style.

The certificate was introduced by Zen Nihon Budogu Kyodo Kumiai in collaboration with Zen Nihon Kendo Renmei.
