The Tezashi Men 1.0bu is entirely handmade – from the futon to the assembly. The men futon is crafted entirely by hand, with a stitch spacing of 1.0bu, which corresponds to a distance of 3.03 mm. This results in a dense, uniform futon that distributes blows optimally whilst moulding comfortably to the head and shoulders.
The production of a Tezashi Men is a very labour-intensive process. For this Men, you should expect a lead time of around three months, as it is made to order and crafted exactly to your specifications. You are therefore not receiving a mass-produced item, but a Men created specifically for you – with a focus on fit, comfort and durability.
