  How does the order process work?
It doesn´t matter what items you want to order, the process is always the same. Select the item, choose an amount and click on the ORDER NOW button. With the button VIEW CART you come to the shopping cart. Changes belonging to items or amounts could be done here, also you have to choose your delivery-zone for the right freight charges. In the next step you have to fill out the rest of the order formular with your adress and, if you like to, a separate delivery adress. For two times you will be asked for your confirmation, then the order is set. You will see the text: Your order was successfull! A few minutes later an automatically generated confirmation-mail will reach you with all the neccessary informations about the order and the payments, too. If you do not recieve the confirmation mail, your order has not been sent!!! In this case get in contact with me by mail!
