The distance between each parallel-running machine-stiched seam is 5mm. The smaller the distance between the seams, the more durable and resilient the Kendo bogu is - and the better your protection!
The economy-series of Kendo24 is a combination of highest quality synthetic fibre (for applications) and traditionally used cotton fabrics. The result is a bogu which is combining a low price with a good durability.
The complete bogu is assembled by hand. Only the decorative parts are machine-stiched.
The bogu is made of tough #7000 cotton and the fabrics are dyed traditional indigo. Applications and reinforcements are made of Kuraring Blue Leather.
The delivery time for the bogu is about one week after receipt of payment.
Attention: If your abdominal girth is larger than 110cm or you are taller than 190cm it is strongly recommended to choose a XL-do. In this case please contact Kendo24 for more informations!

The right bogu for each kendoka - my recommendations:
I recommend 5mm bogu for students and schoolchildren because students have to get by on a limited budget and schoolchildren grow out of their clothes quickly. The bogu are very suitable for regular training, but a bogu with closer seams is preferable for long-term intensive training.
